As a part of the English team, I supported customers with issues related to their Nikon products - including cameras (compact & DSLR), binoculars, laser range finders and image editing software. This included the physical testing and reproduction of issues.
I worked directly with customers through Nikon's Facebook, Twitter and Amazon social media accounts for the UK and Europe to provide them information on products and services, and direct them to my colleagues should they require further assistance.
