I joined the HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) team a couple of months before the decision to move this team overseas - I made the move back to my previous position in Nikon after this point.
As part of the Dutch team, I answered emails and calls from clients who were having issues with their ProLiant servers in data centers. Determining the correct part replacement and deciding whether or not an engineer was required on-site (depending on the clients technical abilities and the root cause) was a critical skill for this role.
